By profession, I am an entrepreneur – Early Childhood Educator. I own couple of preschools in Bangalore city. 10 years ago, I discovered my passion and love for young kids and decided to work with preschool, which landed me in the profession I am today. Being around kids is like a therapy for my soul. I am a holistic nutritionist, healthy cooking educator and influential communicator inspiring people to eat right and lead a healthy lifestyle. I love to help people build a good relationship with their food and embrace the joy of eating well and create a healthy life. But mostly one can find me in the kitchen experimenting and creating new healthy and tasty recipes. My philosophy is to educate and help people focus on REAL food ingredients and a holistic approach to life which will stay with them forever. I truly feel lucky to connect and inspire people around which gives me positivity in return so that keeps me motivated to serve more for the people around me. I thoroughly enjoy working with people who are looking for ways to implement simple changes to feel their best selves and to empower them by educating to love, respect, and trust for Who, What and How they are because everyone is different and that’s the beautiful thing.

- At first, you will be put under detox plans to get your body starting to adjust to the weight loss plans.
- First consultation call for 30-45 minutes where we understand your meal patterns, health issue history, vegetables and fruits you enjoy eating and you don’t enjoy eating, your daily routine and also to give you an integrative holistic approach for weight loss and healthy living.
- A meal plan guide and recipes will be given adjusting to your liking yet making it healthy so weight loss journey will be enjoyable by you.
- We will guide you through what to drink and how much liquid to consume on a daily basis.
- A tracker should be maintained by you to monitor and trace the progress on day to day basis and if need be we also change the meal plan.
- The foods and recipes are not exotic and fancy, Feel Fit urges you to stick to the food that you have been eating and that are local and seasonal to your region.
- We will also conduct sessions (Live or pre-recorded) to help you build healthy relationship with food, so that you learn the art of mindful eating.
- Meeting video chat twice a month or whenever needed.
- WhatsApp / text support all days and help in shopping the groceries and food items required, along with that we also educate you on how to read and understand the ingredient section of packed food item.
- Guidance on what to eat while traveling or eating out of the plan will be provided.
